Chic NeEDS offers bags, hair accessories, practical accessibility products, beauty and personal-care accessories, and other lifestyle finds. We may use third-party suppliers, manufacturers, fulfillment partners, carriers, payment processors, and other service providers to process orders. You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the site and make a purchase. If a material listing error affects an order, we will contact you about the available options, including cancellation and a refund when appropriate.

Beauty tools and product safety

Prices, checkout, and orders
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are displayed at checkout before you place an order. Prices, promotions, and product offerings may change prospectively; a price change does not change an order already accepted. Payments are processed through third-party providers, whose applicable terms may also apply.
You are responsible for providing accurate billing, contact, and shipping information. An order acknowledgment confirms receipt of your order, not shipment. We may reasonably refuse, limit, or cancel an order for suspected fraud, a material pricing error, product unavailability, a payment problem, or inaccurate customer information. We will not charge a different price without your agreement. If we cancel a paid item or cannot supply it, we will promptly refund the applicable amount. We will not apply order limits unlawfully or discriminatorily.
Shipping, returns, and refunds
Our Shipping policy explains where we ship, charges, processing, delays, and tracking. Estimated delivery dates are estimates unless a service is expressly guaranteed. Carrier, customs, weather, address, and other disruptions may affect delivery; please contact us about missing or delayed orders so we can investigate. If we cannot ship within the promised time, we will provide the notice, cancellation option, and prompt refund required by law.
Our Return and refund policy explains the 30-day return request window from delivery, customer-paid return shipping for change-of-mind returns, no restocking fee, remedies for damaged, defective, or incorrect goods, and refunds. You may request cancellation of an item until it is fulfilled. The linked policies form part of these Terms. Any future final-sale exception must be clearly disclosed before purchase and comply with law. Nothing here limits rights for defective, unsafe, or misdescribed goods.
Reviews, questions, and customer photos
If you submit a product review, question, answer, or photo, please share only material you have the right to post. Do not include another person's private information, unlawful content, or misleading claims. You retain ownership of your original content. By submitting content through a review feature, you give Chic NeEDS a nonexclusive, royalty-free permission to display it on our store and in Chic Needs marketing, with attribution to the display name you supply where appropriate. We may moderate content for spam, personal information, unlawful material, or violations of these rules. Review submission and photo upload functions may also be operated by a third-party app, whose privacy terms should be reviewed separately.
Intellectual property and third-party services
Chic NeEDS or its licensors own the original store branding, logos, photos, site design, graphics, copy, and original product descriptions unless otherwise stated. Supplier materials and third-party marks remain the property of their respective owners. You may use the site for personal shopping, but may not reproduce our original content commercially without permission. Links or integrations with outside services are provided for convenience; their own terms and practices may apply. Payment, shipping, and review providers may process information as described in our Privacy policy. Their involvement does not eliminate rights you may have against Chic Needs under applicable law.
Site availability and limitation of liability
We aim to keep the site available and information current, but temporary errors and interruptions can occur. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Chic Needs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the website or products. Where permitted by law, our total liability relating to a purchased product will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law and do not exclude or restrict statutory consumer rights, remedies for defective goods, or liability that cannot legally be excluded. Changes and governing law
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new Last Updated date. A change will not retroactively take away rights attached to an order already placed. These Terms are governed by the laws of Massachusetts, except where mandatory consumer protections in another applicable jurisdiction give you additional rights.
